Weet-Bix Slice

Weet-Bix Slice -
Weet-Bix Slice

Weet-Bix slice is one of those recipes that you usually make for a school fete when you’re trying to only use ingredients you have in the cupboard.  It could be argued that  Weet-Bix slice is a healthier option than a lot of other slices (but I won’t weigh in on that argument, I just think it’s delicious), and its easy to make so little helpers can have fun helping you crush the Weet-Bix up. That is what makes it so perfect for the $200 per month challenge. You already have all of the ingredients so why not make something the entire family will enjoy?

If you enjoy making things out of Weet-Bix, you could also make chocolate Weet-Bix balls.

If you love making slices, you should definitely try this Mars Bar Slice or Caramel Slice recipe.
