The great thing about my meal plans is that they are designed for you to decide when you would like to eat each item. If it’s a cold wintery night and you feel like soup, then eat the soup. If you just want to curl up on the lounge with some pasta, then eat the pasta. I’m not about to tell you that you can’t eat the pizza tonight and you have to eat the soup instead, it’s up to you to decide what works for you and your family.
This is the meal plan that I created for my family during our month 3 meal plan. All the meals are easy to prepare, even a novice cook could have success with these recipes.
We’re only 3 months in and our pantry/freezer stockpile is building. This is great because it proves that even though it is extremely hard to feed your family for $200 per month, it is achievable. 4 people for an entire month means we are looking at 120 serves of breakfast, 120 serves of lunch and 120 serves of dinner. It’s a hard task but I know we can do it!
