Month 1 Meal Plan
Month 1 Meal Plan
This is the meal plan for our first month. This is a list of the meals that my family ate this month. There is nothing fancy so people with limited experience in the kitchen should be able to recreate these dishes.
4 people for an entire month means we are looking at 120 serves of breakfast, 120 serves of lunch and 120 serves of dinner. It’s a hard task but we can do it!
I am terrible at being told to eat certain things on certain days and that’s why I’ve made a monthly meal plan instead of a weekly meal plan, there’s nothing worse than feeling like you don’t have a choice. For this reason I have told you how many serves or meals of each food I have allowed for and I will leave it to you to determine what day you eat each meal. This will allow you to buy items from the shopping list as you need them instead of buying them all at once. Here is the shopping list for the ingredients required for the Month 1 Meal Plan.
